We are partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a skilled Employment Lawyer to join their Melbourne office within the highly regarded Employment, Workplace Relations & Safety team. About the Role
Reporting directly to a senior employment partner, you will be involved in:
Advising on enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, and workplace disputes
Managing employment litigation including unfair dismissal and regulatory investigations
Drafting and negotiating executive contracts, workplace policies, and redundancy arrangements
Supporting clients through workplace investigations and employee relations issues
Providing strategic advice on employment law and compliance to clients across sectors such as government, financial services, energy, and infrastructure

About You
4+ years’ post-qualification experience in employment or industrial relations law
Experience in both advisory and litigation work, ideally including enterprise bargaining and complex disputes
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
A proactive, commercial, and collaborative approach
Ability to work effectively with senior clients and internal teams
