You’ll work within a highly regarded national Employment Law team that advises major corporates on a full spectrum of workplace law matters. You'll gain exposure to both advisory and transactional work, collaborate with professionals across practice groups, and contribute to a forward-thinking, data-enabled legal service model.
Provide strategic workplace and employment law advice to Australian and international clients
Advise on performance management, disciplinary issues, workforce flexibility, and employment contracts
Work on major M&A and restructuring matters, supporting employment law due diligence and workforce transitions
Guide clients through culture and conduct risk issues, including discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, and whistleblowing
Assist with wage compliance reviews, leveraging sophisticated data tools
Contribute to enterprise bargaining strategy, EA drafting, and BOOT analysis
At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in employment or workplace law
Background in a top-tier, mid-tier, boutique employment practice or Big 4 legal team
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
Commercial, pragmatic approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in legal innovation, technology, and business development
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
