Senior Associate – Employment Advisory | 5+ PAE | National Firm with Genuine Flexibility
A standout opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer (5+ PAE) to join a highly regarded workplace practice within a national firm that has been recognised as one of Australia’s best places to work.
You’ll advise on the full spectrum of employment law including enterprise agreements, unfair dismissals, discrimination, bullying, WHS, workplace investigations and governance. This is an advisory-focused role with exposure to some complex litigation and a mix of both private and public sector clients.

About You
You’ll bring:
5+ years’ post-admission experience in employment or workplace relations law
Experience acting for employers on a range of advisory and litigation matters
Strong technical and drafting skills, with a practical, solutions-driven approach
An interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team culture
High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills
