About the work:
You’ll advise on a wide range of matters including employment contracts, workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, industrial relations and Fair Work Act compliance. The role includes legal research, drafting, conciliations, and litigation, with the opportunity to manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
What you’ll bring:
6+ years’ experience in employment & workplace relations law
Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and relevant legislation
Excellent drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills
Commercial acumen and a client-first approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
