Senior Employment Lawyer – Brisbane

I’m working with a leading national law firm that has built an enviable reputation in the employment and workplace relations space. Their Brisbane team is growing, and we’re looking for a senior employment lawyer (ideally Special Counsel level) to take on high-profile, complex matters and work directly with some of Australia’s top employers, insurers and government agencies.
You’ll cover the full spectrum of workplace law — unfair dismissals, industrial relations strategy, discrimination and harassment claims, WHS, employment-related litigation and EPL insurance claims. The variety of work here keeps things interesting, and the client base is both impressive and loyal.
What you’ll need:
5+ years’ employment and workplace relations experience
A strong track record in both advisory and litigation work
Confidence managing client relationships and providing pragmatic, strategic advice
Experience with government clients and EPL matters will be highly regarded
