Support corporate transactions with employment-related due diligence and advice
Work directly with clients on complex and high-value matters, often with a cross-border element
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to client relationship management and business development
Minimum 10 years’ post-admission experience, primarily in labour and employment law
Strong private practice experience is essential; in-house, tribunal, government or employer association experience is also valued
Demonstrated experience managing both advisory and litigation matters
Technically excellent, with strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a broader team
Committed to client service, relationship building, and continuous professional development
This is a rare opportunity to join a global law firm that combines international reach with a close-knit, collegial culture. You’ll enjoy:
A supportive, team-based environment with a genuine commitment to work-life balance
Ongoing learning and development, both locally and globally
A structured wellbeing program, including an annual health and wellness allowance
One paid volunteer day per year
A full calendar of firm-sponsored social and networking events
The chance to work with leading clients on complex, high-profile matters
The firm is open to applications from candidates seeking both full-time and part-time arrangements.
