Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety Lawyer – Sydney

The role
• Advise on employment agreements, policies and procedures
• Guide clients through industrial relations issues and workplace disputes
• Provide practical advice on terminations, grievances, discrimination and WHS compliance
• Assist with litigation, including unfair dismissal, general protections and restraint matters
• Interpret employment legislation including the Fair Work Act and WHS laws
About you
• 2–4 years’ experience in employment law
• Strong drafting, advocacy and analytical skills
• Confident in managing client relationships and handling matters independently
• Proactive, collaborative and passionate about supporting clients through complex workplace challenges
