Lawyer / Associate / Senior Associate – Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety | 3–8 PAE | Brisbane
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced WRES lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing team in Brisbane. With exposure to leading employer clients across a range of industries, this role offers a mix of advisory and litigation work, along with genuine career progression and a supportive, down-to-earth culture.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a collaborative team working under two highly regarded partners who are known for their technical excellence and mentorship. This is a great chance to work across all aspects of employment law, industrial relations and work health & safety, including:
Employment advisory (contracts, policies, investigations)
General protections and unfair dismissal claims
Enterprise bargaining and industrial strategy
WHS compliance and incident response
Representation in Fair Work Commission and State/Federal Courts
What We’re Looking For
Between 3–8 years' post-admission experience in workplace relations, employment or safety
Strong technical knowledge of the Fair Work Act, WHS legislation and related frameworks
Court/tribunal experience and an ability to run or assist with matters end-to-end
Clear communication skills and a practical, commercial mindset
A collaborative, team-first attitude and strong client service focus
