The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and driven Lawyer to join a high-performing Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) team based in Brisbane. This permanent role is offered in response to strong client demand and sustained practice growth.
You’ll work closely with a supportive and collaborative leadership team, with direct access to some of the most experienced and dynamic practitioners in the field. This team works across the full spectrum of workplace law including:
Industrial relations strategy and disputes
Employment advisory and litigation
Work health and safety matters
Discrimination and diversity matters
Restructuring and compliance
Complex regulatory investigations
Multi-jurisdictional litigation and tribunal work

What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
1–4 years’ PQE in workplace relations, employment or industrial law (WHS experience desirable but not essential)
Strong legal research, drafting and advisory skills
Commercial acumen with a focus on practical client outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
A proactive, self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset
Confidence working directly with senior practitioners and clients
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
