Senior Associate – Employment Law
We are working with a well-regarded, independent national law firm to find a Senior Associate to join their growing Employment & Industrial Relations team in Melbourne.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of senior lawyers on a mix of high-profile matters, including:
Advising on complex employment law and industrial relations matters
Drafting legal documents and client advice across a variety of issues
Managing a portfolio of matters and maintaining regular client contact
Participating in complex litigation matters including general protections claims, unfair dismissals, discrimination and restraint matters
Conducting discovery and preparing legal documentation
We’re seeking a talented and driven lawyer who can demonstrate:
At least 5 years post-admission experience in employment and industrial relations law
Experience at a leading national or specialist employment law firm
Strong technical, drafting, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A client-first mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Confidence working both independently and within a collaborative team
