Project Documentation: Drafting and negotiating offtake/PPAs, connection agreements, construction docs, and O&M arrangements.
Energy M&A: Providing subject matter expertise for acquisitions and disposals, including comprehensive legal due diligence and transaction management.
Regulatory Analysis: Navigating complex approval pathways, risk allocation, and interface issues unique to the energy sector.
Strategy & Growth: Contributing to business development initiatives and identifying new market opportunities.

Experience in Energy & Infrastructure project development at a well-regarded international or mid/top-tier Australian firm.
The ability to work independently on smaller matters and manage key workstreams of larger, complex transactions.
