Project & Infrastructure Finance Lawyer | Sydney
Join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary national team advising on some of Australia’s largest and most complex energy transition and infrastructure transactions. Work directly with respected partners on major project and acquisition financings, covering renewables, social housing, PPPs, transport and digital infrastructure.
The opportunity
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of greenfield and brownfield financings in sectors including:
• Utility-scale renewables (solar, wind, BESS, PHES, hydrogen)
• Traditional energy and natural resources
• Social and affordable housing projects
• PPP and Core-Plus infrastructure assets
• Transport, waste-to-energy and digital infrastructure
Work closely with highly regarded partners known for deep sector expertise, commercial judgment and experience advising sponsors, financiers and government entities on high-profile transactions.
About you
• 2–5 years’ PQE, ideally with project and infrastructure finance experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Interest in energy transition and renewables, with a desire to build deep sector knowledge
• Ability to support workstreams, manage deliverables and engage directly with clients
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and strong organisational skills
• Commercial, solutions-focused approach and clear communication style
