An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated solicitor to join a leading Environment & Planning team in Brisbane. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of planning and environmental matters, working with both public and private sector clients on significant development projects across Queensland.
Advise on planning and development matters, including environmental protection issues.
Work closely with clients and consultants to deliver successful outcomes for large and complex developments.
Represent clients in various courts, including the Planning & Environment Court, Land Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and the High Court of Australia.
Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers, receiving mentorship and support at all levels.
Admitted solicitor with a current practising certificate.
Interest in planning, environment, and government law.
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Work in an established and successful Environment & Planning Law practice.
