The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll advise and act for a wide range of developer clients across complex merit appeals, Class 1 litigation, planning agreements, compulsory acquisition matters and judicial review proceedings. You'll benefit from strong mentorship and the chance to rapidly build your experience in both advisory and contentious work.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years’ post-admission experience in planning & environment law
Strong research, drafting and advocacy skills
A practical and commercial approach to client service
Strong academic background and attention to detail
Genuine interest in development and infrastructure
Applicants from interstate considering a move to Sydney are also welcome
