This role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering practical solutions on complex estate and succession planning matters. You will gain hands-on experience across:
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney and guardianship documents.
Business succession planning and structuring.
Advising on taxation and asset protection issues.
Estate administration and disputes.
Asset protection
Estate litigation disputes
Superannuation
About You We’re looking for a personable and driven lawyer who is passionate about estate planning and building long-term client relationships. You will have:
3–5 years’ post-admission experience in estate planning and/or succession law.
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
A client-focused approach with the ability to simplify complex legal issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage files independently.
