About the Opportunity
This role is perfect for a lawyer with around 3–4 years’ PQE in family law who truly values delivering high-quality work and building strong client relationships. You’ll handle a diverse mix of parenting and property matters, supported by a collaborative team and clear progression pathway.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running your own family law files with autonomy and guidance when needed
• Working on interesting, often complex family law disputes
• Drafting, appearing in court and negotiating settlements
• Engaging directly with clients and external stakeholders
• Contributing to a supportive and positive team environment

What we’re looking for:

• Admitted lawyer with 3–4 years’ solid family law experience
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client management skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Genuine passion for family law and interest in growing with a boutique firm
