The Role
As a Family Law Solicitor, you will:
Manage your own caseload across a mix of property, parenting, ADR, and litigation matters.
Advise and represent clients through all stages of family law proceedings.
Appear in court, draft and review documents, and manage negotiations.
Work closely with colleagues on complex matters while enjoying autonomy over your own files.
Approach legal issues holistically, supporting clients through separation and beyond with empathy and care.
About You
You will bring:
3+ years’ PQE in family law with proven ability to manage files independently.
Strong experience in both litigation and dispute resolution.
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client advisory skills.
A compassionate, empathetic, and pragmatic approach to client service.
Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
