About the Role
You will work on a wide range of complex family law matters, managing your own caseload with the support of an established and collegiate team. Key responsibilities include:
Advising and representing clients across all areas of family law.
Managing files independently while collaborating effectively with barristers.
Appearing in the Family Court and other relevant jurisdictions.
Providing strategic and commercially sound advice.
Contributing to the firm’s culture of collaboration, mentorship, and professional excellence.
About You
We are seeking:
Minimum 4 years’ PAE in Family Law.
Strong advocacy skills and experience in court appearances.
Proven ability to manage files autonomously.
Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with MS Outlook and Word (LEAP experience highly regarded).
A genuine passion for family law and commitment to client care.
