The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Family Lawyer (3–5 years PQE) to join a well-established, boutique law firm based in Cronulla. In this role, you’ll work across a broad range of family law matters, including:
Parenting arrangements and children’s matters
Property settlements and financial agreements
Divorce and separation

About You
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate family lawyer who thrives on delivering outstanding client service during what is often the most difficult period of a client’s life. Ideally, you will bring:
3–5 years' post-admission experience in family law
Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
A client-focused and empathetic approach to legal practice
Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
