We’re partnering with a standout practice seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with strong experience in construction, infrastructure, major projects, or commercial contracting. You’ll work closely with an industry-respected senior practitioner on sophisticated matters across the built environment and the evolving renewables sector. If you want autonomy, trust, meaningful work and a genuinely modern culture, this is it.
 

The Opportunity

As an Associate or Senior Associate, you’ll work across:
  • Major construction and engineering projects
  • Commercial and procurement contracts
  • Infrastructure delivery and project structuring
  • Renewable energy and sustainability-focused developments
  • Contract risk, negotiation strategy and project governance
  • High-value advisory work for developers, contractors, government bodies and private clients
You’ll have substantial ownership of matters, direct client contact and the freedom to operate without layers of hierarchy.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad mix of construction and commercial project contracts
  • Advising clients on project risk, procurement approaches and delivery models
  • Supporting major transactions and infrastructure initiatives
  • Working on complex renewable energy and transition-focused projects
  • Managing your own workflow with strong autonomy

About You

  • Associate or Senior Associate level (approx. 3–8 PQE)
  • Background in construction, projects, or infrastructure
  • Strong drafting skills and a practical, commercial mindset
  • Confident managing clients and running matters with independence
  • Team-oriented, self-aware and values-aligned
