We are currently representing a powerhouse global firm seeking elite litigators (2–6+ years PQE) to join their Perth-based Global Disputes team. This isn't your typical local practice; you will be part of a seamless international network, acting for major corporations on the most complex, multi-jurisdictional project disputes in the Asia-Pacific region.
You will step into a role that balances top-tier intensity with a "One Firm" culture that prioritizes genuine collaboration over internal competition.
The Work: High-value commercial litigation, international arbitrations, and large-scale transnational construction/energy disputes.
The Reach: While based in Perth, you will work alongside a global team of 200+ disputes specialists across 27 offices worldwide.

Hours & Productivity: Highly reasonable target of 7 billable hours per day (standard 8:30 am – 6:00 pm window).
Flexibility: 1 day per week WFH (post-probation).

Must-Have Criteria:
2–6+ years of PQE in litigation within a well-regarded/top-tier firm.
Distinction-level academics (Transcript required).
Proven Experience in general commercial, regulatory, or construction/projects litigation.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are a confident communicator who thrives in a team-based environment.
You have a commitment to working on "big ticket" matters that involve global regulators (ASIC, ACCC, etc.) or massive infrastructure sectors.
