An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join a leading Global Disputes practice with a strong reputation for handling complex, high-stakes matters.
This role suits a disputes lawyer who thrives in sophisticated, fast-moving environments and enjoys working closely with major domestic and international clients on matters that genuinely matter.
You will advise global and domestic clients across the full lifecycle of actual and anticipated disputes, providing strategic, commercial guidance on some of the most significant matters in the market. The practice is particularly well regarded for its work in:
Construction and infrastructure disputes
Major joint venture and shareholder disputes
Complex M&A and post-acquisition disputes
Large-scale commercial litigation for multinational clients
You’ll be trusted with substantial responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping dispute strategy from an early stage.
Senior Associate level disputes lawyer
Strong background in complex commercial litigation and/or arbitration
Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or large-scale commercial disputes highly regarded
Confident advising sophisticated clients on risk and strategy
Commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach
High-quality, market-leading disputes work
Exposure to major domestic and international clients
Clear expectations around performance and progression
7.5 billable hours target
