An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Lawyer (newly admitted–2 PAE) to join a well-regarded Government Advisory and Public Law team in Adelaide. This role will see you advising major Commonwealth clients on high-profile, sensitive, and strategic matters, with a strong focus on administrative and regulatory law.

The work:
You’ll be acting for a variety of Commonwealth departments and agencies, providing advice on a broad range of administrative, regulatory, and public law issues. The work includes complex litigation, merits and judicial review, and legislative interpretation—often in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
You will thrive in this role if you have:
0–2 years PAE, ideally with experience or interest in administrative or public law
Strong legal research and drafting skills
A demonstrated interest in government advisory or litigation
Desire to develop your advocacy skills or previous exposure to tribunal or court work
High attention to detail and a proactive, collegiate approach
