Driven by strategic growth, the firm is seeking a motivated Associate or Senior Associate (3+ years PAE) to join a dynamic and supportive Dispute Resolution & Litigation team.
In this role, you will work on a diverse range of high-profile matters, including complex disputes work for the Commonwealth Government. You will enjoy the autonomy to manage files independently while being part of a well-resourced national network, providing ample opportunity to collaborate across jurisdictions. For those at the Senior Associate level, you will also play a key role in mentoring and developing talented junior lawyers and paralegals.
Managing and executing complex commercial disputes and government litigation matters.
Conducting high-level legal research, analysis, and preparing pristine legal drafting.
Acting as a trusted point of contact for sophisticated institutional and government clients.
Managing competing workflows under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Mentoring, supervising, and delegating to junior lawyers and paralegals (tailored to your level of seniority).
To be successful in this role, you will be an engaged, driven lawyer with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you will bring:
Experience: Minimum 3 years Post Admission Experience (PAE) within a commercial litigation setting, ideally from a well-regarded practice.
Government Insight: Prior experience in government disputes and/or administrative investigations is highly regarded but not strictly essential.
Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical, and drafting skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive, thriving team morale.
