  • Drafting advice on prospects, preparing court documents, and adhering to deadlines

  • Appearing in Federal Courts and Administrative Tribunals

  • Working alongside senior lawyers and national colleagues across a wide-reaching team

  • Engaging directly with government clients and stakeholders

About You:

  • 1–3 years' post-admission experience in litigation

  • Administrative or public law experience highly regarded, but not essential

  • Strong legal drafting and communication skills

  • Professional, pragmatic, and eager to build a long-term career in private practice

  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to manage competing deadlines

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Exposure to complex, high-profile Commonwealth litigation

  • National collaboration with a supportive and well-resourced team

  • Flexible hybrid working model (3:2) that respects work-life balance

  • Generous leave options including purchased leave, parental leave, and performance-based rewards
