An opportunity has arisen for a talented Lawyer with 2–4 years' PAE to join a highly regarded national disputes practice based in Canberra. This role offers the chance to work closely with respected senior lawyers on high-profile commercial and regulatory disputes, with exposure to both public and private sector clients.

The role will involve:
Running and assisting on complex commercial and public law litigation
Drafting court documents, preparing advice, and conducting legal research
Attending hearings and mediations across a range of jurisdictions
Supporting senior lawyers on high-stakes, sensitive matters for major government and corporate clients
Ideal background:
2–4 years' PAE in litigation and dispute resolution (private practice or government)
Exposure to administrative law or working with government clients is highly valued
Strong drafting and research skills with a detail-oriented approach
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
Driven, proactive and keen to grow within a collaborative team
