The Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a driven Special Counsel with strong government and regulatory litigation experience to step into a leadership role within a national firm. This role has a clear, short runway to Partnership and the chance to re-build and grow a key practice area alongside two highly respected Partners.

The Role
Act as a senior contact point for government and regulatory clients, managing complex litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Play a lead role in business development, leveraging your existing network and building strong relationships with government stakeholders.
Work closely with two senior Partners, with mentorship and support as you position yourself for Partnership.
Deliver exceptional client service while actively contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
8+ years’ PQE in government and/or regulatory litigation.
A strong existing network of client relationships to leverage for BD.
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex matters independently.
Commercial acumen, leadership qualities and a genuine drive to grow a practice.
Baseline security clearance (essential).
A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to help rebuild a major practice area.
