Key responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of sensitive personal injury and institutional abuse claims
Provide strategic advice to health and allied health clients on litigation, liability and regulatory risk
Collaborate with supportive partners and colleagues while contributing to business development and client relationship management
Review extensive documentation and assess complex liability and quantum issues
Ideal candidate profile:
5+ years’ PQE, ideally with experience in personal injury, institutional abuse or healthcare litigation
Familiarity with NSW civil procedure
Ability to manage competing deadlines and high volumes of documents
Strong analytical, communication and client relationship skills
Emotionally intelligent and resilient – experience with sensitive content preferred
A desire to grow in a supportive, values-driven team
