An exciting opportunity has opened for a lawyer with 3–4 years’ post-admission experience to join a highly respected public liability practice at a leading national firm. Key responsibilities:
Provide commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of public liability claims
Conduct legal research, draft advice, and manage client relationships
Engage with business development initiatives and maintain strong client service standards
Stay across evolving legislation and case law affecting your practice area
Ideal candidate:
3–4 years’ PAE, ideally with exposure to public liability or insurance litigation
Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members
Strong document management and legal research skills
Clear, client-focused communication style
Practical mindset with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes
Previous experience with or interest in business development
