To be successful in this high-performing team, you will ideally possess:
4+ years PAE (Post Admission Experience) in General Insurance.
Proven Expertise: Substantial experience in casualty or professional indemnity claims, including defence and coverage advice.
Autonomy: The ability to run a file load independently while effectively delegating to junior staff.
Communication: Sharp, plain-English writing skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
