The Role
You’ll work closely with senior leaders on a broad range of matters, including:
Complex public liability claims, with a strong focus in the education sector
General insurance litigation, including personal injury and historical abuse matters
Civil investigations and risk-based advisory work
Mentoring junior lawyers and leading high-quality client service delivery
This role is ideal for a senior litigator looking for meaningful, client-focused work in a progressive and people-first environment.
About You
You will bring:
Solid experience in defendant-side insurance litigation, ideally in public liability or general liability
Technical excellence in managing sensitive claims
A client-first approach with empathy, emotional intelligence, and commercial insight
