An award-winning national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its highly regarded Insurance & Health practice in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role within a well-established defendant insurance team, working across public liability and general insurance matters with a strong focus on Government & Institutional (G&I) abuse claims.
You’ll join a collaborative national team of more than 200 specialist insurance lawyers known for their technical excellence, commercial approach, and strong client relationships. The Melbourne team handles complex and sensitive G&I abuse matters, along with a broader mix of liability and coverage work.

Strong experience in defendant insurance litigation
A particular focus on G&I abuse claims, liability and coverage matters
The ability to confidently manage your own file load

A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
