Working within a market-leading Investment Funds practice, you will advise many of the world’s most prominent private capital sponsors. Your practice will be diverse, high-stakes, and international in scope, covering:
Fund Formation: Structuring complex private capital funds from inception.
Secondary Transactions: Managing sophisticated secondary market activities.
Co-Investments & Side Letters: Negotiating high-level institutional investor entries.
Full Fund Cycle: Managing everything from initial structuring to complex wind-ups.
Market-Leading Remuneration: Competitive US-style salary structure (in lieu of a local bonus pool).
Global Exposure: Work on cross-border mandates as "One Firm," sharing resources and clients across 40+ global locations.
Work-Life Balance: Targeted 7 billable hours per day with standard hours typically ranging from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Flexibility: 1 day per week WFH (following probation).

We are looking for elite talent with a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach. To be successful, you will need:
Experience: 3–5 years of PQE in fund formation, specifically representing private fund sponsors and institutional investors.
Background: "Top-tier" law firm experience is essential.
Academics: A stellar academic record (Distinction average preferred).
Soft Skills: Strong commercial acumen, a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to communicate confidently with international stakeholders.
