The work:
Lead disputes and litigation in defamation, privacy, and intellectual property, including trade marks, copyright, and designs. Advise on pre-publication media law issues and support clients in acquiring, managing, and commercialising IP rights. Business development, client management, and mentoring form part of this senior role.
You bring:
5+ years’ PAE in IP/media litigation (defamation experience ideal)
Strong drafting, advocacy & client advisory skills
Ability to work independently with energy & commercial acumen
Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
