Working closely with a senior IP litigator known for their exacting standards, commercial acumen and market-leading reputation, you will gain exposure to some of the most complex and strategic patent disputes in Australia.
Your work will span:
High-stakes patent litigation across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, engineering and technology sectors
Technical evidence preparation, expert witness coordination and complex legal analysis
Trial preparation and strategic advice to major domestic and international clients
Cross-border matters and collaborations with global counsel

To succeed, you will need to bring a combination of intellectual capability, resilience and genuine enthusiasm for patent disputes.
You will have:
2–6 years’ PQE in IP litigation (strong patent exposure essential)
A science, engineering or related technical degree
Strong drafting skills and an ability to interpret complex scientific material
A proactive, steady and solutions-focused approach under pressure
A desire to develop into a market-leading patent litigator
