Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking to build your career in a professional services environment? We’re seeking a Junior to Intermediate Office Coordinator/Administrator to join our specialist legal recruitment firm.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting recruitment consultants with general admin and coordination tasks
  • Scheduling interviews and meetings
  • Updating candidate and client records in our database
  • Preparing and formatting documents, CVs, and Overviews
  • Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Assisting with compliance and reference
  • Helping with posting job advertisements and basic social media posts
  • General office duties (supplies, tidiness, coordination support)
✅ What You’ll Bring:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an admin, office support, or coordinator role
  • A polished, professional communication style
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with documents and formatting
  • Solid organisational and time-management skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Tech savvy – experience with MS Office; familiarity with CRMs or recruitment tools is a plus
  • Experience in recruitment, legal, or professional services (advantageous but not essential)
