About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Law Clerk or Paralegal to work closely with respected family lawyer Specialist Accredited Partner and its growing team. This role is ideal for a law student who is committed to a future career in family law and keen to grow into an admitted solicitor role over time.

In this role, you’ll:

• Assist with preparing court documents, briefs and correspondence
• Manage files and liaise with clients, barristers, and external stakeholders
• Conduct legal research and support ongoing family law matters
• Learn directly from highly experienced family lawyers in complex parenting and property disputes
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive office culture as we expand our Melbourne team

What we’re looking for:

• Current law student with strong academic results and genuine interest in family law
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career with us
