- Provide high-level administrative support to legal practitioners, including drafting correspondence and preparing legal and court documents
- Manage legal calendars, schedule meetings, and track key deadlines, court dates, and conferences
- Maintain accurate and organised client files and records in accordance with legal requirements
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external service providers with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and logistics across the legal team
- Assist with the flow of information within the firm and perform general office duties, including answering calls and supporting colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a legal secretary or in a similar legal administrative role
- Experience working in historic abuse space would be ideal
- Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using Smokeball is highly regarded
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to take initiative and learn
