Come and join one of Sydney’s best criminal law specialist firms. This role is based in the heart of the CBD, this practice is highly sought after and provides a supportive and collegiate working environment.
Providing full secretarial support to your authors, you will be involved in a number of high-profile criminal matters. Your duties will include (though not limited to): * Telephone attendance * Diary management * Preparation and editing of documentation and correspondence * Liaising with clients and other legal professionals * Dictaphone typing * Arranging appointments * File management * Billing * Ad hoc duties as required
This role will suit a switched-on, multi-tasker and experienced Legal Secretary who enjoys working in a fast -paced environment. A flexible approach, “can-do” attitude and previous exposure to criminal law will make you a successful candidate. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing.
