We are currently partnering with a well-established legal practice to recruit an experienced Senior Legal Secretary with strong expertise in conveyancing, PEXA, and high-level typing. In this senior support role, you will work closely with solicitors handling residential and commercial conveyancing matters, providing end-to-end administrative and legal secretarial support. Your experience and autonomy will be highly valued, and your contribution will be integral to the smooth running of files from instruction to settlement.
Providing senior-level legal secretarial support in conveyancing matters
Preparing and amending contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements
Managing PEXA workspaces, including lodgements and settlements
High-volume, accurate typing and document formatting
File management from commencement to post-settlement
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and external stakeholders
Diary management and general practice administration
Proven experience as a Senior Legal Secretary, ideally in conveyancing
Strong working knowledge of PEXA (essential)
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy
Confident managing files with minimal supervision
Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
