A rare and exceptional opportunity has arisen for a high-achieving Legal Secretary to directly support a prominent Senior Partner and their team within the Disputes, Corporate Crime & Investigations, and International Arbitration practice group.
This desk handles some of the most complex, high-stakes, and sensitive cross-border matters in the country. Because you will be supporting a practice that deals with multinational corporations, major regulatory bodies, and complex international transactions, your workload will be highly engaging, prestigious, and fast-paced.
As the operational anchor of this elite practice, your daily duties will include:
Complex Financial Management: Managing heavy monthly billing cycles, multi-currency invoicing, WIP tracking, and matter financial reporting.
Practice & Diary Management: Serving as a proactive gatekeeper, managing a complex calendar, email correspondence, and intricate international travel schedules.
High-Level Document Production: Preparing comprehensive Briefs to Counsel, cross-border arbitration documents, and formal regulatory submissions.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a professional, polished point of contact for high-profile global corporate clients, board executives, and senior counsel.
General Practice Support: Processing high-volume digital dictation, file maintenance, and end-to-end matter management for sensitive cases.

You will possess:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within Commercial Litigation, Regulatory Investigations, or Arbitration.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing large, high-volume billing portfolios.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and fast, highly accurate typing capabilities.
A proactive, resilient "can-do" attitude with the discretion required to handle sensitive corporate matters.
