These compensation specialists are seeking to recruit 2 x experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretaries (Plaintiff) to join this friendly team. Providing support to a small team, your duties will include: * Diary management * Preparation and editing of documentation and correspondence * Client liaison * Dictaphone typing * Arranging appointments * File management * Billing and cost recovery * Ad hoc duties as required This role will suit a switched-on, multi-tasker and experienced Legal Secretary who enjoys working in a fast -paced environment. A flexible approach, “can-do” attitude and previous exposure to Personal Injury (Plaintiff) Law with a focus on Workers Compensation, MVA or Abuse matters will make you a successful candidate. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing.
