Are you an experienced Legal Secretary seeking a dynamic role with an international law firm? We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global firm for a skilled Legal Secretary to join their high-performing Projects team. This is a unique opportunity to support two senior Partners and a wider team of fee earners in a fast-paced, high-profile department.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive and high-level secretarial support to two Partners and their team
Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries (domestic and international)
Prepare and format legal documentation and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
Track deadlines, manage billing cycles, and assist with client file management
Liaise with clients and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
About You:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm, preferably within Projects, Infrastructure, or Corporate teams
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
