Insurance Litigation Solicitor – 2-3 PQE | Melbourne
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Insurance Litigation Solicitor to join a high-performing General Insurance team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public and product liability matters, including both personal injury and property damage, under the guidance of senior lawyers.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative team, exposed to all aspects of case management, advocacy, and strategic client advice. Mentorship is a key focus, allowing you to develop your litigation, advisory, and practice management skills in a supportive environment.
What we’re looking for:
2–3 years post-admission experience, ideally in insurance law or litigation
Some exposure to personal injury or property damage matters preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication, organisational skills, and commercial awareness
Ability to work independently while being a proactive, collaborative team member
