Are you an Associate with around three years’ post-admission experience looking to accelerate your career within a high-performing disputes practice? About the Role
Working closely with senior practitioners across Sydney and interstate, you’ll join a dynamic, highly regarded disputes team known for handling complex, multi-party and commercial litigation. Matters span a diverse range of contentious issues, including:
• commercial and contractual disputes
• negligence claims
• allegations of misleading or deceptive conduct
• regulatory and financial services matters
• director/shareholder disputes
• property (real and intellectual) and construction disputes
You will work autonomously on files, engage collaboratively across offices and supervise junior lawyers in an inclusive way.


About You
You will bring:
• approximately 3 years’ experience at Associate level in disputes, investigations or commercial litigation
• confidence managing files independently and juggling competing priorities
• strong delegation, supervision and team-building skills
• commerciality and highly developed interpersonal skills
• a proactive mindset and motivation to grow your career in a firm with genuine progression pathways
