The RoleWe’re seeking a skilled
Litigation Associate (4+ PAE) to take a meaningful role in a high-performing litigation team. You’ll be entrusted with substantive responsibilities across a broad portfolio of commercial, shareholders', and regulatory disputes—from initial strategy and drafting to advocacy in Victorian courts and tribunals.
What You’ll Do - Lead and manage complex litigation files, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and hearings
- Advise clients across corporate, contractual, property, and regulatory dispute matters
- Draft and review high-quality court documents, affidavits, legal memoranda, and advice
- Engage directly with clients and counsel, building confidence and trust
- Collaborate with a supportive team while contributing your own ideas and insights
About YouYou bring:
- 4+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation, with strong exposure to Supreme Court and tribunal matters
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills paired with persuasive advocacy
