35% Historic Abuse Cases: Navigating sensitive, complex claims.
35% Employment Litigation: Including discrimination, bullying, WHS, and procedural fairness.
30% General Litigation: Commercial disputes, public liability, and coronial inquests.
Sustainable Performance: A manageable target of 6.5 billable hours per day.

We are seeking a detail-oriented lawyer who thrives on complexity and possesses strong client communication skills.
To be successful, you MUST have:
3+ years PAE within a Defendant Insurance practice.
Prior experience specifically handling Historic Abuse matters.
A background in civil litigation and/or employment law.
The ability to provide high-level advisory work alongside active litigation.
