Commercial Litigation Lawyer – Melbourne
An exciting opportunity to join a growing litigation and dispute resolution team in a modern CBD office, offering hybrid work and a friendly, supportive culture.
The role
• Act on a wide range of commercial litigation matters
• Gain exposure to partnership and shareholder disputes, insolvency, property and lease disputes, and competition and consumer law
• Advise on professional indemnity, defamation and insurance coverage disputes
• Apply the rules of civil procedure across major courts and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
About you
• 2–4 years PAE in commercial litigation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, client-focused approach and ability to manage urgent matters
• Interest in developing your own practice, supported by mentoring and CPD
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
