This is an exciting opening for a junior lawyer or law graduate to join a collaborative commercial litigation team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of matters while being supported by experienced practitioners invested in your growth.
Your role will involve:
Drafting statements of claim, affidavits, and court documents
Managing files and critical deadlines
Attending court on an ad-hoc basis
Conducting legal research and assisting in complex litigation strategy
Working closely with partners and senior lawyers in a fast-paced, client-focused team
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have completed your law degree and be admitted or close to admission in Australia
Possess strong time management and attention to detail
Be confident communicating with both clients and colleagues
Thrive under pressure and adapt to quick turnarounds
Have a can-do attitude and collaborative work style
Be passionate about delivering high-quality client outcomes
Prior legal experience is desirable but not essential — attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are key.
