Litigation Lawyer
Junior Litigation Lawyers (0–3 PQE)

An established commercial litigation practice is looking to appoint two junior lawyers to join a high-performing disputes team:
- 1 x Lawyer with 0–1 year PQE
- 1 x Lawyer with 2–3 years PQE
The team is involved in a broad range of matters across insolvency, property disputes, construction, equity and trust disputes, intellectual property and general commercial litigation. This is a fast-paced and diverse practice where you will gain hands-on experience and client exposure from the outset.
The role
You will work closely with senior lawyers on significant and complex matters, with the opportunity to:
- Attend and appear at Court
- Draft pleadings, affidavits and evidence
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Assist with discovery, subpoena compliance and preparation of Court books
- Liaise with clients, barristers and opposing parties
- Contribute to litigation strategy discussions
About you
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic junior lawyers who are looking to take the next step in their litigation careers. To be successful, you will have:
- 0–3 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation
- Strong knowledge of court processes and procedure (NSW Courts and Federal Court)
- Experience in managing discovery and document review
- Sound legal research skills, including use of Westlaw and statutory interpretation
- High attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
- Confidence in handling Court appearances and engaging with clients
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of matters
